Question around Roadmap Update

Hi team,

What’s the story with the roadmap? I understand the UI is in for an overhaul for version 8.0, but so far we’ve missed the most recent deadline of August this year.

In my experience, this product is the best available option for CRM that I’ve seen, but the UI puts people off. I’ve actually had clients decline to take Suite as a solution because they just found it too difficult with the way it’s laid out. I don’t want to have to put people onto a second-tier solution in the interim, because that will be even harder to move them over.

I’m not a developer, so not sure there’s a way I can chip in, but would love to understand how close we are to the new interface if possible.
