Hi. The first thing I would try is upgrading your 7.10.7 to 7.10.9
(and then please do this quick fix: https://github.com/salesagility/SuiteCRM/pull/6371/files )
This will probably solve the problem.
If not, make sure you check also your two server-side logs .

Those commands are fine, as long as your web server user name is www-data. If it isn’t, they will totally break your SuiteCRM. You need to check this.
As I wrote above, please check your server side logs, Browser errors are not interesting for this kind of troubleshooting…

omg the name is not www-data, i play the command with name serve.
i’m sorry, but idk where my serve side log, i’m use cPanel.

Can you get SSH access?
You should have a file called suitecrm.log on the root of your installation.
And you can ask your hosting where you can access your web server log to see PHP errors.

Ok, então suponho que você já consegue se conectar na base de dados correctamente.
Quando pegar output do Putty pode seleccionar e fazer “copy” como texto, não é necessário fazer uma imagem.
Qual é o resultado deste comando (a partir da directoria do SuiteCRM):
ls -alE deste?
ps -ef | egrep '(httpd|apache2|apache)' | grep -v `whoami` | grep -v root | head -n1 | awk '{print $1}'

O “ls -al” tem de ser depois de fazer “cd” até à directoria do SuiteCRM - aquela onde está o “suitecrm.log” e o “index.php”, etc. A minha ideia é perceber qual o usuário que é dono (owner) dos ficheiros.
Quanto ao “ps”, parece estar dando o número do processo (pid) em lugar do nome do usuário, que era o que eu pretendia… tenta assim:
ps -ef | egrep '(httpd|apache2|apache)'Só estou tentando verificar as permissões, sem isso não vale a pena investigar outros erros.
