Hello

Am trying to integrate WP Forms entries from WordPress website to SuiteCRM 7.10.9.

Encountered Configuration error. Upon investigation by developer of the plugin (Obtain Code), they advised "We have checked and found 500 error when access API

Please inform to SuiteCRM developer to fix this issue in SuiteCRM.

Your SuiteCRM Instance API Link: http://crm.shalom.com.sg/service/v4_1/rest.php 500 error.

Please advise on fix.

Verify your .htaccess file and also check you have correct file permission and ownership.

I apologise as I am not familiar with the technical aspecst of SuiteCrm.

#1. Verify your .htaccess file
How does one verify this file as I could not find any right suggestions in the forum

#2. Correct file permission and ownership
Changed to 775 => /service/v4_1/rest.php
