List View > My Filter > does not retain columns choosen

List View navigation does not work and column chooser disappears after Advanced Filter is applied to List View.

  1. Select Module > Tasks, Cases, Opportunities
  2. Select List View
  3. Choose columns

List View > OK

  1. Select Advanced Filter

List View displays without columns chosen in step 3 above

  1. Choose Columns again

Filtered List View > OK

  1. Select Next Page

Filtered List View does not display columns chosen in Step % above ALSO Previous page navigation does not work

is applied to a list view (for example: module> tasks)
Version 7.10.7
Sugar Version 6.5.25 (Build 344)

CentOS release 6.10
Server version: Apache/2.2.15 (Unix)
PHP 7.0.3 running as FPM served by nginx version: nginx/1.13.8
mysql Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.1.73, for redhat-linux-gnu (x86_64) using readline 5.1

Sorry, I tried, but couldn’t reproduce your bug in my 7.10.7.

When you say “List View displays without columns chosen in step 3 above”, for me it works correctly, shows the new columns.

Maybe you ca try telling me exactly which column you add or remove, so I can try it exactly like you are trying.

I think I have narrowed down the issue to the “Advanced Filter” I was using.

Is there a way to delete unused filters after they have been created?

Nevermind, found the delete button.

Need to figure out why “My Filters” is messing up list view navigation. Going to delete and recreate the ones that are causing issues.

I have seen cases where an old filter is messing things up, and needs to be deleted from the database. But these are very rare cases, normally you can clean up from the UI…
