Couldnt Add Dashlet to Home Page

I have installed Version 7.8.21 Sugar Version 6.5.25 (Build 344). When I tried to add a chart dashlet, the servlet request gives a HTTP 500.

“index.php?action=DynamicAction&DynamicAction=displayDashlet&session_commit=1&module=Home&to_pdf=1&id=77271519-343a-12bf-7060-5ba131a6141b”

I cant see any specific error in log also. What can be the reason?

Please upgrade to 7.8.22, this should be fixed there. Thanks.
