Separate hub? What do you call this?

Company has projects each of which have their own accounts, opportunities and contacts.

Each project is self contained. So if I’m working in project (A), I don’t need to see any elements from project (B).

I’m not sure how to achieve this. Separate suiteCRM install per project?

You could do this in one SuiteCRM instance

1 - Users, Roles and Groups

Create users and them into Roles and Groups

Roles allow to control user access and Groups allows you to assign data records to the group users

2 - Create Project A
Assign it to “Group A”

3 - Create Project B
Assign it to “Group B”

Set the roles so users in each “Group” can only see their group’s data records

You will have to set this for each record you want to be controlled (companies,contacts, projects, project tasks, etc.)
