Private meeting setup

Sorry if we have open a new topic i hope ti explain better for the last topic
we would like to make private meetings or disable some users in the user list of the calendar-sharedmonth or sharedweek module. We have also set the parameters in the role managemnt module by setting the options on owner etc. etc. but it seems these changes are not applied. the meetings are always visible to everyone-
