Assigning a lead to another person logs you out

This would be funny if it wasn’t so annoying. It’s taken me years to get my wife to enter leads in to a PC, rather than write them down, an I have to re-enter them and now it logs her out when she does!

She enters the details of the lead, no problem. It works fine for her in her account. She can save it and access it perfect;y. If she then tries to reassign it to me, either by entering my details or searching then selecting it, the moment she oks it, she is logged out with a session expires error.

But, if I log in as admin it works fine. I can change it over.

So I suspect it’s rights, I’ve set Access to enabled on everything and set to all, for both Me and my wife.

Any suggestions on what I’m missing, besides peace and quiet in the house. :slight_smile:

Have you tried resetting the user preferences?

Try creating a new user completely?

Do some admin repairs
