Exporting calls with Select All gives WSOD

Hi all,

I’m experiencing a weird issue. If I export Calls using the Select All button, I get a white screen. If I export Calls by clicking on the checkbox to select all, it exports fine. Any ideas? Nothing in the error console indicating JS errors. Nothing in the Apache error log or Sugar error log files…the issue also seems to be theme independent and only applies to calls.

Running SuiteCRM 7.6.6 on Linux.

in the browser’s Developer console, but this time on the “Network” tab, do you see any errors?

It’s hard to give you support for such an old version, I can’t test, and the likelihood that you are facing a bug that was already fixed is very high…
