Can not run mass update

We would like to run a mass update where we change the industry, type, and credit status on multiple accounts. I have gone into studio and set the mass update to on on the the fields we would like to update. However when I go in to accounts and select multiple accounts hit mass update the mass update window never appears, so we cannot perform the update. I have made sure that the pop-up blocker on the browser is disabled, but still no mass update window. What do you folks suggest to get the mass update window to appear in the web browser?

I suggest telling us your versions of everything and having a look in the logs for any errors. Look also in your browser’s developer console.

I think that running a workflow for this should do the job.
