You have been logged out because your session has expired

Dear Experts,

My SuiteCRM version is 7.8.3 (Sugar 6.5.24 (Build 509))

I have configured multiple SuiteCRM instances on the same domain. Like

http://www.mydomain.com/crm1
http://www.mydomain.com/crm2
http://www.mydomain.com/crm3
…
http://www.mydomain.com/crmn

Till date, there was no any problem but now suddenly I’m getting the error for non-administrator user “[color=#bb0000]You have been logged out because your session has expired[/color]”

[color=#0000bb]For Admin user it is working fine.[/color] [color=#004400]This issue is only for the non-admin user.[/color]

I have done too much research on the google and this forum. I’m posting this topic after applying mostly all the suggested solutions by the experts on this forum.

My memory is not full. Have changed session value in php.ini also.

Is your disk full? I had this problem once because of a full disk.

Then you can check some threads online about session.save_path - that can cause these problems too. You can check permissions in that directory and even clear out old stuff (sometimes there are so many files there, that it exceeds Linux limits and a new one can’t be created.

You can check your effective session.save_path values in Admin / Diagnostics / phpinfo
