I have an action I perform once a week, every week for a client. Like every Monday. There’s no way I’m going to leave the auto-scheduled in the CRM suite to remember that action.

I’m sorry, I don’t understand your problem. You can set a reminder on your smartphone if all you need is to remember. But maybe you need something more, what is it?

I work with social media management marketing. Weekly I have the task to perform specific action for some clients, example: create content. I would type automatically leaves this task in the SUITECRM to show whenever the day is necessary to perform this task for the client.

I am a bit confused by your english, sorry… :huh: I don’t think you’re using the word “leaves” correctly…

Maybe you’re simply talking about recurring tasks? SuiteCRM doesn’t have that. But there are workarounds:
