How to configure email template to use specific email to send?

I am trying to setup workflow to send emails on case updates, it uses the default email, is there a way to make it use different email than default.

I am sorry, I don’t understand - when you say “email” please clarify if you mean “email address” or “email content”.

Sorry about that, it is the email address. Need it to send emails from support email and it is sending it using the default system email address. I can’t find where you can select which email address to be used to send the workflow action, is it in the email template or some where else?

Sorry, I don’t think it’s possible to change that on a Workflow, you’d have to tweak some code to achieve that.
