case assigned notification

HI.

I need to configure the content of emails automatically sent out when I assign someone to own a case.

Currently the email says the case subject in the emails subject but nothing else in the body. I have a feeling an ex employee may have played with this in the past but not sure when I can edit this.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks. I still don’t know where the file would be located. Any ideas?

Ignore the above, my phone reduced the link. I can now see the link above matches our own files content. Any ideas what could prevent it from working. We jsut get the subject in the subject and no body.
