Bounce email help

I am using Suite 7.9.4 configured by Godaddy.

I set up an inbound, outbound and bounce email accounts. I setup the CRON job. The Scheduler is working.

I made a campaign. I ran a “Test” going to a “Test List” with known “good” email addresses. All worked as expected. The “good” test email received the campaign.

In my Subscription List I added several known “good” and “bad” emails.

I set it to send the emails at the scheduled time. The “Message Queue” shows all the emails (good and bad) from the “Subscription List”.

It fired when it was suppose to. The “Message Sent/Attempted” shows all the emails that were in the “Message Queue”.

The “good” emails received the campaign message.

I have waited over 48 hours. There are returned emails in the “bounced” email that I set up or any other emails set up in the program. The “Bounced Message,Invalid Email” or the “Bounced Message,Other” are empty.

Is the "“Reply-to” address in the campaign suppose to be the bounce email address I set up?

Is there something else I have to configure to make this work?
