How to retrieve created lead forms and modify them

Hello. I created a lead form but I dont see anywhere how to retrieve it to modify it. please help

If you’re talking about something you did from the “Create person form” wizard, then you don’t have a way, you just make the Form again.

What I do is I just start with that wizard and then grab the HTML and change it myself, outside SuiteCRM. It’s pretty self-explanatory.
