You can add a Dashlet on the Home screen, for example. This dashlet can render HTML page in a frame.
I don’t know if you can enter code directly like that as a URL (try it!). But you can surely have an HTML page on your server with that code, and then link that URL to the dashlet.
The dashlet is called “web page” or something similar.
