New settings in InboundEmail when Create Case from Email = Yes
With this setting you can specify:
- The status for the new case created
- The priority for the new case created
- The type for the new case created
Additionaly you can specify if you want to create a new contact (if no one found) with the information recivied in the from address:
- Create Contact from Email: Yes
- Default Contact Language: Castellano
- Fill Contact’s Name: Yes
- New Contact Source: Email
