New settings in InboundEmail when Create Case from Email = Yes

With this setting you can specify:

  1. The status for the new case created
  2. The priority for the new case created
  3. The type for the new case created

Additionaly you can specify if you want to create a new contact (if no one found) with the information recivied in the from address:

  1. Create Contact from Email: Yes
  2. Default Contact Language: Castellano
  3. Fill Contact’s Name: Yes
  4. New Contact Source: Email
