Does not install translation package

Hi all,

Can someone help me please? I am trying to translate suitecrm into the Portuguese language package Brazil … through Admin> Module Loader> Search Zip File> Upload

I downloaded the crowndin translation file, uploads it right, but when I click install, nothing happens

I tried to download other packages, all of which I upload, none installed.

I already tried without success to:

  1. Do a Logout and Log In
  2. Do a Quick Repair and Rebuild task after the step below and it doesn’t work yet.

Probably its not related to language packs but problems with your instance (permissions)
Suite CRM version used?
Log errors?
