When I install the Chinese package, I get this message when I install it according to the official steps.
＂Upload://upgrades/langpack/zh-TW.zip＂
Does anyone know what the problem is? Is it a version issue?
Which version of SuiteCRM are you running?
That message appears on screen? At which step?
The version is 7.11.5 and the language pack is 7.11.4
That message appears on screen? Yes!
After the language pack is uploaded, it appears after pressing “INSTALL”.
Do you see the uploaded file in your upload/upgrades/langpack folder?
Is your Custom, Cache folders set for writable by your apache user?
Do you see any error in your php error_log and SuiteCRM suitecrm.log files? (located at crm root)
I saw two “zh-TW.zip” and “zh-TW-manifest.php”
I see these in error_log…
“PHP Deprecated: Methods with the same name as their class will not be constructors in a future version of PHP”
“PHP Notice: Undefined index: ERR_UW_NO_LANGPACK in /…/UpgradeWizard_prepare.php”

Thanks, I just found the problem, my server didn’t have the option to load .zip files enabled, I already enabled it and it worked without problem. Thanks for your answer.
