How to perform backups to a windows PC ?

Hi,

how to perform backups from an environment to my own PC for both the customization and the database ?

There is an option on Studio to export your customization so it can be transferred to another installation.

The most strait forward to do it is to first login into PHPMyAdmin to export your database. Then, for your files, you need to access your host and create a zip of the custom folder or all the application folder if you want and download it to your computer.
