Hi I have tried to install the module from sangoma freepbx and always had the same error The zip file is missing a manifest.php file. Cannot proceed. I tried many solutions but nothing does work

are you putting it in Admin / Module Loader?

Is it made for SuiteCRM, or for SugarCRM?

You probably uploaded the entire suitecrm package instead of the upgrade package. The upgrade module requires an upgrade package to work.

Find your upgrade here: https://suitecrm.com/upgrade-suitecrm/
and use that instead.
