White Screen while System Check when trying to upgrade 2 months 6 days ago #85913

Hi,
When hitting next in Upgrade Wizard to do the system Check I get an white screen after about 2:30min with header still showing.
Just before I upgraded from 7.6.6 zo 7.8.3 which worked perfectly.

What I tried so far from what I read in other threads:
- deleting upload/upgraded
- changing language
- changing php version

SuiteCRM Version: 7.8.30
Language: Tested with English and German

PHP:
version: tested with 5.6, 7.0, 7.1, 7.2, 7.3
upload_max_filesize: 512M
post_max_size: 512M
memory_limit: 512M
max_execution_time: 1500

HTTP Error: Unsupported HTTP response status 403 Forbidden (soapclient->response has contents of the response)

I cannot see PHP.log, because I have no sudo/root rights on the server. I could request them from my provider, if needed.

These php.ini values that you set, do appear to be effective, as seen from Admin / Diagnostics / phpinfo?

yep they do. I set them from a web interface of the server. I double checked it with phpinfo()

If you enable error reporting, do you see any error on the white screen? i think error_log on server will have the exact error why the screen goes blank.

Are you unable to use CRM? didn't you have backed up before upgrade?

Sorry for the nit-picking, but did you check with Admin / Diagnostics / phpinfo like I asked, or did you run phpinfo from a command-line? I ask because the settings can be different from web server vs CLI.

Other than that: if you go in the "About" screen (from top-right menu in SuiteCRM) do you see the new version or the old?
