Cant install suitecrm becasue ofthe error below. What is sugarbean?

Can you specify your SuiteCRM version & PHP version?

The suitecrm version is 7.11.1 nad teh php version int he xampp is PHP/7.3.1

It seems your SuiteCRM version is not compatible with PHP 7.3.

You can downgrade your PHP version to the compatible one.
