p file is missing a manifest.php file. Cannot proceed.

Hi

Im currently on version 7.11.0 trying to upgrade to version 7.11.1. I get the p file is missing a manifest.php file. Cannot proceed attached error when I try.
I upgraded my permissions recursively to 775 , did a quick rebuild and tried again to no avail.

When i extract the upgrade package the manifest.php file is present.

Please help

Are you using an upgrade pack? Or are you mistakenly using a full installation pack?
