Unable to upgrade to 7.11.1

Dear Friends,

I had 7.10.7 version installed and wanted to upgrade to 7.11.1. I tried to upload: SuiteCRM-Upgrade-7.10.x-to-7.11.1.zip

It was uploaded successfully. But when I clicked on NEXT button in upgrade wizard. It failed.

I logged out and re-logged in and when I click on Upgrade Wizard, I am presented with the following errors any nothing else:

What can I do to proceed?

First I would start by checking these values in php.ini:

max_post_size
max_upload_size
max_execution_time

Increase these a bit. Look at the size of the upgrade zip and make sure it fits.

Check also:

memory_limit (I recommend 512 MB)

Restart your web server, and retry.

I’ve same problem. Upgrading from v 7.10.7 Sugar version 6.5.25 (compilation 344) to SuiteCRM 7.11.2 using SuiteCRM-Upgrade-7.10.x-to-7.11.2.zip file patch. Please let me know if any make it works

@chamullo, did you try my advice? What do you see in your logs when it fails?

What I did was unzip a new clean install and copy include/Imap folder to my 7.10.7 working copy.

now, I’m facing another problem. This is my upgradeWizard.log

You shoulnd’t be copying any files manually from across versions.

If you have problems with IMAP support you probably just need to:

  • check IMAP modules are enabled in php.ini

  • run a “composer update” to update components
