Install QuickCRM issue

I tried to install the open source QuickCRM using the module loader and got the following error:

ZIP Error(0): Status(9): Arhive(upload://QuickCRM-Basic-master.zip): Directory(/home/compos24/SuiteCRM1.compositeautomation.com/dir/cache/upgrades/temp/etFDSZ)

I would be very grateful for any insight on how to get the software installed.

This is pretty old here, but I am stuck with the same problem now.
What did you do to resolve that?
