SuiteCRM email client inbox show undefined.

I am very new to suiteCRM. I installed the suite CRM on a shared hosting with Hostgator. Everything works fine, except 2 issues

  1. The email client shows the inbox and other mailboxes as undefined. The screenshot is attached. I am using the latest suiteCRM installed one week back.
  2. Forgot password keeps asking for username and email even though I entered both.

Hey there,

Number 1 looks like a permission problem, you can confirm this by looking for 403 errors in the developer tools of your browser. Did you follow the instructions on https://suitecrm.com/wiki/index.php/Installation regarding permissions?
