When scheduling activity in SuiteCRM, it is apparently scheduled on the day it is selected, but after saving it shows in the calendar the scheduled activity on the day before or after the day that was selected. The funny thing is that this only happens immediately the directory is saved, but if we update the page, it is observed that the activity is shown in the calendar on the correct day. I would like your help to solve this defect.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

If it is also not working there, please open a new issue for it on Github: github.com/salesagility/SuiteCRM/issues

If it works there, check any timezone parameters in your installation - namely in your php.ini
