Duplicate Existing Drop Down Menu and Rename

I’ve got a really long drop down menu name Primary_Status and need to add Spouse_Status.

Is there an easy way to duplicate Primary_Status and simply rename the list? I cannot find any documentation, so hopefully it’s possible.
