Workflow not working

I have a simple workflow to update the email address in a record pulling the information from two fields one being an standard email address and one being an text message email address. the workflow is driven when someone uses a drop down but for some reason it completed but wont update the records email address.

I have a simple workflow to update the email address in a record pulling the information from two fields one being an standard email address and one being an text message email address. the workflow is driven when someone uses a drop down but for some reason it completed but wont update the records email address.

Sorry it wont let me upload the picture but the workflow is:

Modify Record > Email Address > Field > Field name
Modify Record > Update Status

I tried the same in Salesmate CRM, just made it in just first chance!!
