hello,
I need help to setup email from suitecrm to accounts from a shared email address like support@company.com but using the user name and surname.
I was able to do that setting the “primary” support@company.com email address in user options
problem is that also notifications goes to support@company.com , this is no good since notification should go to user@company.com
I also tried setting up support@company.com and give options to send email to users. It works but the from field is always the generic support@company.com and I prefer to present to customers with user name / surname

so I believe it should be:
- user@company.com as “primary” email address
-support@company.com as “reply to” email address
seems I can do that from user option page but “reply to” does not save the checkbox setting after editing
