AOS modules no longer appear in navigation after using module loader to add a new module

AOS modules no longer appear in navigation after using module loader to add a new module. The modules still appear in Studio but are listed by their names instead of Display Labels. The same goes for the Display Modules and subpanels. In addition, they don’t appear at all in Rename Modules section. Why did this happen? Is it possible to repair without getting into the code? If I have to reinstall SuiteCRM, can I keep any of the customizations and reuse the database? Thanks.

What custom module did you add using the module loader? Is it compatible with SugarCRM CE 6.5.x/SuiteCRM 7.x? Have you tried a quick repair & rebuild in Admin -> Repair?

Hi Will,

The module is called Google Apps Connector for SugarCRM (http://sugar-apps.com/). It was designed by CRM Online (http://www.crmonline.com.au/).

I did try a quick repair & rebuild but it didn’t help.
