Hyperlink from a Task to Lead

I want to create an hyperlink between a Task and a Lead through an id from the Lead displayed in the Tasks list.

Anyone that already made some like this can help me?

If it is for custom link, You can use customCode elements in editviewdefs and detailviewdefs.php

You can use the process record logic hook to add any custom link for ListView.

This example may help you to some extent. As you have field already. So you just need to write a logic hook and the code for display link from this link
