Add Fields in custom tpl

Hello,
hope to find a way to explain wjat i’am searching for.

Based on this:

I’ve created a custom action / view which render a test.tpl file.

Now i would add some fields from same or other modules just like common editviewdefs.php just for example_

  1. relate fields
  2. dropdowns
  3. text fields

and submit button in order send teh result to a custom script / page.

Does anyone can point me on the right direction?
