Add custom field to address field

I am trying to add custom fields in the address edit view, even i have made the changes in the custom as well as the original tpl file but i am unable to do so. Anyone have any idea how to do this?

Here are the paths i made the change

I am not sure if that is only for the new versions of SugarCRM, or if it applies to SuiteCRM also…

It is working fine in Sugar CRM community edition however I am trying the same in in Suite CRM but it does not affect.
