Suite crm studio doesnot work

Hello Karma,

Thank you for the open source software, am really excited and already started using the CRM but i have one challenge, I would wish to change the field names and also add more fields under documents, the only way i can do it is through the studio but when I open the studio under developer tools in admin, nothing displays. Kindly guide me on how to fix this. Am using Version 7.9.6, Sugar Version 6.5.25 (Build 344). Thanks in advance

There have been more than ten new releases of SuiteCRM after your version, this could be a bug that is already fixed… maybe you can upgrade?

Anyway, to debug your issue I would try

  • running a Quick Repair and Rebuild from Admin screen

  • checking if your file permissions are ok so that SuiteCRM can write to disk

  • check both your logs: suitecrm.log and php_errors.log
