how add item to dropdown menu

I want add to dropdown menu new item. For example “Create subtask”.

Admin Panel -> Dropdown Editor

Select the dropdown you want to edit, so task priority would be labelled task_priority_dom

add, move, save

Oh, sorry, but I probably don’t correctly created screenshort. I want add item “create subtask” to list menu “Actions” where already has items “Edit”,“Duplicate”,“Delete”
