users view popup show everything

Hello, I hope you can help me, or guide me, I have registered two groups, each with their respective users and roles in the suitecrm.

The problem that is occurring is that regardless of the type of role to which the user belongs, if I want to create an account, when wanting to add it, the popup that opens opens up to all the users of all the groups, that is, it does not respect the hierarchy of the role.

for example the manager should only see his executives and salesmen, not all the users of all the groups.

Can you take a screenshot of the rules you have used in the role

You need

1 role for the manager (add user)

1 role for the team (add users)

you then need

1 security group for the team (add manager and users)

In the rules for the manager’s Role - in “User”

Give the access under “View” and “List” to = Group

This limits his user to only view / list users in his group - ie his team :stuck_out_tongue:
