using merge fields with these documents

Hi,
I have a client that has several documents that need merge fields added. I have included some of the actual documents in links below. The client wants custom merge fields added so that when the user fills out the field it auto fills in the document as a PDF.

How do I do this? Here are the documents:

Have a look at PDF Templates module, and from a Contacts List View, for example, there’s an action in the menu to “Generate PDF” or “Generate Letter” which will do what you need.

awesome! will this allow me to create the custom merge fields as well for the specific documents?

Yes I believe custom fields will also show up there, but you can always try and tell us how it went :slight_smile:
