Hi,

I need to specify what email address send the email from a workflow.

Can I specify the email address who send the workflow email from a variable? For example, for send email FROM assigned CRM user email address, or use a static configured address (a shared email account on the CRM instead of default CRM outbound email address).

I didn’t go and check what options the Worklfow screens offer, I assume you already checked those… but I would say, no, it’s not possible to get the “from” address from a variable.

For this sort of thing you need the extra control of working with logic_hooks written in PHP.
