"There was an error while archiving" message when I try to archive in Outlook 2010

Following these instructions, I was able to get a “Login Succeed!!!” message in my SuiteCRM Outlook plugin.

But when I click the Archive button from within the SuiteCRM tab in Outlook 2010, and then no matter whether I check “All” or only “Contacts” (I really only want to export my contacts) I immediately get a “There was an error while archiving” alert.

Can you please test this on the most recent version of the plugin and confirm if it is now fixed?

Any update on this Error? I am having the same error and would like to get the plugin to work.

This should be resolved in the latest version v3.0.9 of the Outlook Plugin. Let me know if you are still encountering issues.
