How do you add payment terms options to the quotes?
Prepay Wire Transfer
Prepay Credit Card
NET 10
NET 30
etc…

I think you are asking how to add more values to the drop down?

if so, you can do it this way.

  • go to the admin panel
  • go to ‘Studio’
  • go to ‘Quotes’
    -go to ‘fields’ component of the quotes module
  • click on the payment terms field
  • click on the ‘edit button’ … but make sure that the original values are there or else you could be editing the wrong drop down field
  • add more values into the drop down value options and save once you have finished

navigate back to the quote module again and check the change has worked! :slight_smile:

What do I actually achieve by that?
Currently my installation (Version 7.4.3
Sugar Version 6.5.20 (Build 1001))
shows only two payment options: Net 15 Net 30. What are they?
I would like show my client that he can pay with check. How to set it up?
