Missing AOW AOR AOE

Hello?

I cannot see the admin or enabler for Advanced Open Workflows, Advanced Open Reports, Advanced Open Events…I have SuiteCRM Version 7.0.1
Sugar Version 6.5.16 (Build 1082)

Would you mind letting me know what is required to activate these modules?
