campaign

Contacts are not still receiving campaign and I do not understand reason

Campaign check list says OK for everything but when I clicik “send marketing email test” or “send mail as scheduled time” the campaing is not sent unfortunatly.

So, I go to Adminst, I check “email queue” and the campaing is there to be sent… I click on “send Queued campaing” but the problem is still reaining, which means no one willl receive campaign.

Have you set up your Schedulers jobs? Without them, campaigns won’t launch on their set time.

But if it also doesn’t send when you click to send from the “Email queue” screen, then you must have something else wrong.

Please tell us your version of SuiteCRM, and check your logs for any relevant messages at the time you hit the “Send” button.
