We are trying to upload our new logo in SuiteCrm 7.6.6. We have verified and tried using a jpeg and png file but continue to get an error that we are not using the correct file format.
Any help would be appreciated…

That’s a very old version, it’s like 50 versions ago. Tons of bugs have been fixed meanwhile (and more worrying, you’re missing tons of security fixes).
The logo is tricky to get right. It’s not just the extension, whether it’s .png or.jpg, it’s also picky about which format you have inside the extension (compression, image size, etc).
I once had to start with an image that I knew worked there and paint on top of it, to make sure I was working with an accepted format.
