creating a workflow to assign user from a role o group with random or round robin strategy

I’ve been testing v7.8.9 LTS and v7.9.8 and in these versions I don’t find the way to create workflows to assign users to Lead, Calls or other modules.
In previous versions (v7.6.7) I could to select the field “assigned to” and the dropdown allowed me to choose “random” or “round robin” strategies.
What am I missing?

I’ve followed the tutorials from https://suitecrm.com/wiki/index.php/Userguide#Tutorials but I don’t get this:

I have the same problem, right now using atest version is practicly usless to me.

I suppose it’s a bug.
