Hi Guys,
I have installed fresh SuiteCRM on Nginx server. I’m facing two problems with it, as soon as I login to the SuiteCRM, it continuously reloads the page after 2 seconds. The second issue is that the left side bar is completely empty.
I would appreciate help in this regard, as I did a search for this issue on google there was number of people with the same problem but I could not find any solution for it.

It really helps if you tell me your version of SuiteCRM and PHP. You can put that in every thread you start.
Nginx is not a supported Web server, only Apache and IIS. See here: https://suitecrm.com/wiki/index.php/Compatibility_Matrix
Anyway, we can try to get it working - I think other people use it without problems.
Did you correctly set your Linux permissions before installing?
What do you see in your logs?

Sorry I did forget to mention SuiteCRM version, The verision for SuiteCRM is 7.9.7 and the PHP verision is 7.0

No, the hosting company won’t do it right unless they set things specifically for SuiteCRM. Their generic settings will be to make scripts read only, but SuiteCRM is an app that writes itself, it needs extra accesses.
It doesn’t seem like SuiteCRM installed correctly, you might need to reinstall. There might be more errors in install.log.

the main thing are the 3 ownership/permissions commands (chown and chmod), you need to adapt that to your case.

I went through the link that you sent me and I sent out the pre-installation requisites to the VPS hosting providers and they said that yes they have all those prerequisites in place.

I just noticed that you’re using Nginx which is not a supported Web server (only Apache and IIS).

So now the main suspect is your Nginx unsupported web server. If the web server logs don’t give you any clues about what it’s having problems with, then I would say you should simply try Apache…
itteksinfo is the main domains domain, the suitecrm is installed on addon domain. The addon username is ittekson.
Man, just tell me what is written in the damn Scheduler screen, that’s what I need to know. That’s the user your web server is running under, that’s the user that needs to own your file. We don’t need six posts for such a simple thing!

Have you checked the Nginx log? If you don’t know where it is, ask your hosting, they should be able to tell you.
Oh, and I just remembered another thing you can try, look into your install.log to see if anything (ERRORs or FATALs) went wrong during the installation.

I recently had malware issue on the server. Cleaned up everything worked. Go dady installed a firewall now this is happening??? I can’t figure out why.
The browser refreshes about every 5 seconds.
Just in case someone else is scratching their head for a second day:
In my case the issue turned out not to be related to SuiteCRM at all! I just opened it up in Chrome and everything just worked (I was using Firefox before).
It may have to do with some of Firefox’s privacy protection features which tend to break more and more websites these days, but I’m yet to find a solution. If I ever find one, I’ll let you guys know!
