Just sent email from unknown customer (mine test account email), who want create case.

Now, my customer receive email with php variables (as Hi $contact_first_name $contact_last_name, we have receive your email Abbiamo ricevuto correttamente la tua richiesta: $acase_name (# $acase_case_number) del $acase_date_entered…)
And then, the case just created doesn’t have the email address of new customer (who is not present into accounts or contacts)

So, can you help me to have right email for case creation to new customer, for case updates, and have creation of this new custoemr.

yes this is an old problem which I think was never reported on github…
I just did… this feature (variables) would be really helpfull…
it it gets to github it will be in the list of things to solved…
