Am i the only one like this?
On the course of a case resolution we might have many email exchanges…
The multimple emails will copy in the thread/body of the email .
First problem it appears that the empy lines from the previous email is duplicated having an exponential effect on email thread/history…
as you can see here :
then the MAJOR problem will arise, when the email body have many lines 6236 in my example the message is simply not picked up by crm case creation/update…
the email remains in the inbox as read (thanks God!).
I am not sure if it is related to that number of characters or the number of lines…
Does anybody is experiencing this as well?
Where should I look for a solution? php.ini?
